Primarily acting for insolvency office-holders on antecedent transaction claims and breach of duty matters under the Insolvency Act and Companies Act.Varied Client Base:

Representing IPs, lenders, directors, litigation funders, and distressed investors.Case Complexity:

in Restructuring and Insolvency, ideally with some contentious experience under your beltTechnical expertise

in the Insolvency Act 1986 and Companies Act 2006Sharp drafting and legal research skills

with a flair for finding practical solutionsExceptionally organised
