What You''ll Work OnYou''ll be involved in a broad range of restructuring advisory assignments, including: Independent Business Reviews (IBRs) Cashflow management and liquidity planning Accelerated MandA and distressed transactions Debt advisory and stakeholder negotiations Exposure to complex, high-profile administrations (where appropriate) The role is predominantly advisory-focused, with opportunities to work on both Leeds-led and London-facing mandates.
