You will attend residential and commercial properties to carry out restoration and mitigation works following water, fire, and mould damage. This is a field-based role working across the Reading region and surrounding postcode areas, with work allocated to reduce travel time and improve efficiency. Working Pattern 08:00 – 16:30, Monday to Friday Start and finish at client sites No overtime entitlement (salary reflects revised structure and reduced travel requirements) Work allocated across Reading and surrounding areas On-Call Rota 1 in 10 weeks on-call requirement On-call allowance: £30 per weekday £50 per weekend day Paid even if not called out Additional earning potential up to approx. £250 per on-call week Key Responsibilities Attend client sites to assess and carry out restoration works Perform water, fire, mould, and related mitigation tasks Operate drying and restoration equipment safely an...
