Lead the team to deliver exceptional guest service. Oversee breakfast, lunch and dinner services. Maintain high standards throughout all areas of the restaurant. Train and motivate team members. RequirementsPrevious supervisory experience within a quality hotel or restaurant. Strong leadership and communication skills. Flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, weekends and bank holidays. Full UK driving licence and own transport are essential due to the location.
