This individual will ideally have previous experience in running their own section and have great communication skills with front and back of house team members, showing exceptional leadership skills.You will be working with our Front of House Manager and senior team, running your own section, helping strengthen other members of the team and in due course, running shifts by yourself.Weekend availability is essential, however we believe in a work like balance and do our best to always give our supervisors one weekend day off a week, as long as the candidate is flexible - i.e. to cover holidays etc. We only have one evening service a week which means having your own vehicle is essential.Managing section with expectation to manage site when ..... full job details .....
