Ensuring the billing procedure is thorough and accurate for each guest. The Person Great attention to detail, efficient and responsible, focused on guest-satisfaction and staff well-being.Ability to lead and motivate a small team to deliver a seamless, memorable guest experience.Immaculately presented with exceptional communication skills.Experience in a five-star establishment, in a similar role. Shift Pattern 40 hour week, the ideal candidate will be flexible in working any 5 days out of 7. The typical hours for this position may consist of: 06:45-17:00, 11:30-22:00, 11:30-01:00 or 15:00-01:00, with some variation dependent upon business needs.
