Key Responsibilities:-Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of service professionals to deliver outstanding, personalised service.-Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, maintaining the highest standards of food and beverage presentation.-Ensure all financial targets are met, including revenue, cost control, and profitability.-Uphold and enhance the venues renowned standards of health, safety, and hygiene.-Create memorable experiences for guests, building loyalty and driving repeat business.

The Ideal Candidate:-Proven

2+ years experience as a Restaurant Manager or Maître D'' within a luxury hotel or fine-dining environment.-A natural leader with excellent people management and training skills.-Impeccable standards and a keen eye for detail.-Strong financial and commercial acumen.-A passion for food, wine, and creating unforgettable guest journeys.
