''The Avenue Brasserie'', located adjacent to The Malone Hotel, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our restaurant operation and create a memorable guest experience through exceptional service and operational excellence.You will take responsibility for all restaurant operations across Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner service, ensuring consistently high standards of hospitality, presentation and efficiency. With a genuine people-first approach, you will lead by example, creating a warm, welcoming and professional environment where both guests and colleagues feel valued.You will oversee the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, supporting and developing your team while ensuring service is delivered with care, attention to detail and a strong focus on the guest experience.The successful candidate will be required to work 37.5 hours per week.About The RoleKey Accountabilities:Ensure service standards are maintained within the team at all times, demonstrating our commitment to people first by creating a positive and exceptional guest experience.Host weekly staff briefings to promote a strong sense of partnership and open communication within the team.Implement and manage standard control checklists to uphold Integrity through consistent and accountable operational practices.Empower team members to handle both positive and negative guest feedback, recording it correctly, reflecting our people-first approach and commitment to ..... full job details .....
