Premium Gastro Pub Berkshire Salary: £40,000 + Tronc We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Restaurant Manager to join a highly regarded, premium food-led pub and restaurant with rooms in Berkshire. This is an exciting opportunity to join a chef-led, destination establishment where quality, service and hospitality are at the heart of the business. The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of what exceptional restaurant service looks like. You will be responsible for leading the front-of-house operation, developing your team and ensuring every guest receives an outstanding experience. The role Take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the restaurant Lead, motivate and develop the front-of-house team Maintain consistently high standards of service and hospitality Ensure smooth communication between front and back of house Manage reservations, bookings and service Train and develop team members to deliver exceptional standards Monitor service standards and guest satisfaction Support with rotas, stock control and GP management Work closely with the Head Chef and senior management team Lead from the front during busy services Help drive the continued development and reputation of the business The ideal candidate Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager Strong experience within a premium gastro pub, high-end restaurant or Michelin/Rosette establishment Excellent knowledge ..... full job details .....
