The Role:As Restaurant Manager, you will be the face of the restaurant, responsible for leading the front-of-house team, managing daily operations, and ensuring every guest enjoys an unforgettable experience. Youll work closely with the executive chef and owners to maintain the highest standards of food, service, and atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, inspire, and manage the front-of-house teamEnsure consistent delivery of exceptional guest serviceManage budgets, forecasting, and financial reportingOversee stock control, ordering, and supplier relationsDrive bookings and reputation through marketing and local engagementUphold health, safety, and licensing complianceSupport recruitment, training, and staff development

About You:

Proven experience as a RM or senior manager in a high-end or fine dining environmentA hands-on leader with a calm, confident approachExcellent knowledge of food, wine, and service standardsFinancially astute with strong organisational and communication skillsPassionate about hospitality and creating memorable experiencesLocal knowledge of the Cornwall area is an advantage
