Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure consistently high standards. Lead, motivate and develop a professional and dedicated team. Recruit, train and mentor staff members. Manage rotas and staffing levels. Work closely with the Head Chef and senior management team. Monitor stock levels and assist with cost control. Handle guest feedback and ensure complete customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with health and safety and licensing regulations. RequirementsPrevious experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager or Food and Beverage Manager within a fine dining restaurant, luxury hotel or high-end hospitality venue.
