Company pensionThe Restaurant Manager we are looking for will have a quality food led background, exceptional customer service skills, a real eye for detail and the ability to recruit and train great people and build sales. Alongside being financially and commercially astute.

It is a busy operation so you will also need some volume experience and exerience of leading a team.

Role - Restaurant Manager

Manage all day to day operations

Control labour, stock and all costs and budgetsRecruit, train and develop your team

Work in a hands-on capacity leading from the front, including in the kitchen

Maintain high standards, compliance and company systems and proceduresOversee and work closely with the kitchen teamDeliver exceptional customer serviceWork to company targets and KPIs''Attributes - Restaurant Manager

Experience as a restaurant/cafe/food led pub/coffee shop manager in busy commercial customer facing operations

Strong financial and commercial acumen - P and L accountability

Excellent people, communication and people management skills

A hands-on lead from the front approach and a very keen eye for detailAn intrinsic understanding of legislation and compliance

The ability to motivate and enthuse people and teams to deliver resultsStrong leadership, coaching, performance management and people development skills
