We are looking for a Restaurant Manager for a high volume high profile day time only restaurant near Bicester - probably from a branded high street background.It is a great opportunity for someone looking for a new challenge, to have the autonomy to really make decisions to take the business forward and to work with a great head chef.We need someone with the ability to take ownership, recruit and motivate great people and further drive sales through exceptional customer service.

Role - Restaurant Manager

As the Restaurant Manager you will:Manage all day to day operations

Control labour, stock and all costs and budgetsRecruit, train, develop, motivate and lead your team

Work in a hands-on capacity leading from the front, including in the kitchen

Maintain high standards, compliance and company systems and proceduresOversee and work closely with the kitchen teamDeliver exceptional customer serviceWork to company targets and KPIs''Attributes - Restaurant Manager

Experience as a restaurant manager in high volume fast paced restaurants

Strong financial and commercial acumen - P and L accountability

Excellent people, communication and people management skills

A hands-on lead from the front approach and a very keen eye for detailAn intrinsic understanding of legislation and compliance

The ability to motivate and enthuse people and teams to deliver resultsStrong leadership, coaching, performance management and people development skills
