We are seeking a talented Restaurant Manager

or an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager ready to step up

to lead the restaurant through this next chapter.The Role

As Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the daily running of breakfast, lunch, dinner, and afternoon tea service, working closely with the kitchen team to deliver pace, precision, and consistently memorable guest experiences. This is a

hands-on, guest-facing role

where you set the tone and style of service,

where your presence on the floor will be as important as managing the business behind the scenes. You will:Lead, inspire, and develop a confident front-of-house team.

Deliver warm, professional service with attention to detail.

Manage rotas, labour, stock, and budgets effectively.

Uphold and raise service standards with a guest-first approach.

Collaborate across departments to deliver a seamless guest journey.

About You

Were looking for a hospitality professional with genuine passion for service and a strong track record in

fine dining or brasserie-style operations . You will bring:Experience in a 2 Rosette or similar fine dining environment.

Confidence in leading teams and maintaining high standards under pressure.

Strong wine knowledge (WSET Level 2 or 3 desirable).

A motivating leadership style with excellent organisational skills.

The ability to set the pace, tone, and energy of the restaurant.
