An incredible opportunity has arisen to join my clients team as a
Restaurant Manager
at their luxury country house hotel, home to a prestigious AA Rosette-awarded restaurant. We are looking for an experienced and passionate professional to lead the front-of-house team on a 14-month contract, covering maternity leave.
This role is perfect for a seasoned Restaurant Manager looking for a new challenge, or a talented and ambitious Assistant Restaurant Manager ready to take the next step in their career. You will be instrumental in maintaining high standards of service, ensuring every guest enjoys a truly memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:Overseeing all restaurant operations, from service standards to staff management.
Leading, mentoring, and motivating the front-of-house team.
Working closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team.
Managing reservations, seating, and special requests.
Ensuring an exceptional level of customer service at all times.
The Ideal Candidate:Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or a strong background as an Assistant Restaurant Manager in a high-end or fine dining environment.
A passion for delivering outstanding service.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining our reputation for excellence.
What Is On Offer:A competitive salary - £34,000 per annum.
