Restaurant Manager About the Role:

As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the caf- and restaurant operation, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and an outstanding dining experience.

You will lead both front-of-house and kitchen teams, drive operational standards, manage stock and staffing, and support the commercial success of the business.

Restaurant Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day running of the caf- and restaurant
• Lead, motivate, and develop the hospitality team
• Ensure outstanding customer service at all times
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness
• Manage stock ordering, stock control, and minimise wastage
• Prepare staff rotas and ensure appropriate staffing levels
• Monitor performance against sales and profitability targets
• Ensure full compliance with food hygiene, health & safety, and company policies
• Support seasonal promotions, events, and business growth initiatives

Restaurant Manager Requirements:

• Previous experience in a restaurant, caf-, or hospitality management role
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Experience in stock control, budgets, and commercial performance
• Sound knowledge of food safety and health & safety regulations
• Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and busy trading periods
• A full valid driving licence and access to your own car are absolutely essential for this role
