We are looking for an accomplished Restaurant Manager who has experience in a Michelin Star environment.andnbsp; The restaurant has 1 star and 3 AA Rosettes, with the aim of growing to 4, so seek someone with ambition and knowledge to help achieve this.andnbsp; You must be someone who has come from a fine dining background as a Restaurant Manager.andnbsp; You will also be someone with great wine knowledge and ideally a minimum of Level 2 WSET.

You will be a Restaurant Manager who is experienced in and enjoys developing and growing the team, delivering training and regular feedback.andnbsp; You will deliver 5 star service standards to the guests and be the face of the restaurant.
