Our client is looking for a Restaurant Manager for their opulent flagship venue, to drive, nurture and support the FandB team and Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner services across this busy two rosette outlet experience.The role:The Restaurant Manager will report and support the FandB Operations Manager, and Executive Chef primarily in this dining area on site, but also on occasions, across the luxury bars, fine dining areas, and boutique CandE areas if required within the venue. With a dedicated team on hand to lead, the role is to ensure that the quality delivery of guest food and drink experiences are consistently maintained and delivered to the highest standards.You will be used to being customer facing and assist in leading the restaurants FandB operations by professional example. With a consistent eye for detail, remembering repeat customers/regulars requirements, whilst being alive to maximising commercial opportunities. You will manage the staff as required, while working in harmony with the Kitchen teams to deliver memorable food journeys. Sound understanding of health and safety, the training of teams, the development of service standards and order of service sops implementation are highly desired skills. Good understanding of wines and spirits, while possessing first-class people soft skills and communication skills are pre-requisites qualities for this growing award seeking 5 Star hotel business.The person:Our client at Global Talent 2020, is looking for a hands-on Restaurant Manager leader, with a focused, approachable, well organised managerial style.
