As

Restaurant Manager

at The Jetty, you will work closely with the General Manager, deputising in their absence and playing a key role in ensuring the restaurants continued success.Your priorities will include:Inspiring and supporting your team , fostering high morale, and creating a positive working environment.

Driving sales

through outstanding service, guest engagement, and upselling opportunities.

Managing costs

effectively to protect profitability without compromising quality.

Helping to

evolve and develop the restaurant , contributing ideas to enhance both the guest experience and the business.

We are looking for someone with:A minimum of

2 years experience

in high-end restaurant management, ideally in a fine dining or luxury hospitality setting.

A strong passion for service excellence and the ability to lead by example.

Desirable skills such as

financial awareness

(reading a PandL) and

forecasting experience .

Desirable wine knowledge

WSET qualification

would be a plus.
