Your Role:

Lead, train, and motivate the front of house team to deliver great service

Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain Michelin-level standards

Manage reservations, service flow, and guest satisfaction

Uphold high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and hospitality

Support with staff development, rotas, and daily operations

About You:

Previous experience as a

Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager

in a fine dining or Michelin environment

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
