Experienced Restaurant Manager looking for a better work/life balance?

We''re looking for a proven Restaurant Manager to lead a Garden Centre restaurant with approx 300 daily covers in the Andover area. The site has recently had a -500k refurbishment, so standards and expectations are high and the customers look forward to the refurbished service you can bring!

This is a genuinely hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to run a busy operation, lead a large team and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

• Leading, coaching and developing a large restaurant team
• Running a high-volume, 300+ cover operation
• Delivering exceptional service and guest experiences
• Managing rotas, stock, labour and operational costs
• Maintaining high standards across the restaurant
• Working closely with the Garden Centre GM
• Building and nurturing a strong, motivated team

Proven Restaurant Manager experience is essential.

You''ll be hands-on, commercially aware, operationally strong and passionate about service.

Garden Centre experience is a bonus, but great restaurant management experience is the priority.
