Restaurant Manager

We seek an experienced, well organised Manager to run our Hotel Restaurant in Douglas. Highly organised, strong leadership and highly proficient in a demanding and fast acting environment are required to fulfil this post. Good communication skills, management and supporting skills for small team members, ensuring staff deliver attentive and professional service to guests and general public to ensure excellent guest experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining service standards while driving operational efficiency as well as ensuring turn around of tables without compromising on existing guests. Must be fully up to date with Allergens/Intolerances, Health and Safety and Fire Safety. Minimum of 5 years Management experience either managing or running restaurants, preferably within a Catering Environment and able to demonstrate ability to make quick decisions under pressure. ..... full job details .....
