We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Restaurant Manager for a luxury hotel in Ascot. As Restaurant Manager you will lead from the front and enable the team to achieve the highest levels of standards and service at all times. You''ll monitor and develop service and operational systems to provide a seamless guest experience across the hotels brasserie style restaurant.

The Person
The ideal Restaurant Manager will have the following:Previous experience in a similar role within a 5 star luxury property or fine dining restaurant.Solid hotel or premium restaurant backgroundImmaculate presentationHave strong people management skills and the ability to train and motivate peopleTo be a pivotal and charismatic figurehead for the department ensuring the highest levels of hospitality are achievedBe patient and comfortable working under pressureExcellent communication skills and be approachableExcellent guest relations skillsTalent for creating a positive team environment
