Restaurant Manager role requires:
- Ensure a smooth and efficient running of the restaurant
- Build and maintain a strong and efficient team and deliver training and development to them
- Operate the department with positive financial results by controlling costs and maximising revenue generation.
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of products, menus, beverages and equipment.
- Regularly inspect equipment and ensure that they are well-maintained and in good working order.
- Implement and maintain high-quality standards as they relate to sanitation and cleanliness.
