We are looking for a Restaurant Manager for this independent venue.andnbsp; The role is varied and can have many peaks and toughs throughout the year due to location, and throughout the day, due to the nature of the business.andnbsp; So you will be a Restaurant Manager who is qually as happy serving a buffet lunch as serving evening sit down table service.andnbsp; As Restaurant Manager, you will be a people person and will be the face of the venue.andnbsp; Delivering excellent hospitality will be something you enjoy.andnbsp; You will manage a team which includes full time permanent staff and part time temporary staff, as well as seasonal changes in staff numbers.andnbsp; So you must be a Restaurant Manager who has excellent organisational skills.

With the varied days you will be flexible and happy with last minute changes or last minute tour groups arriving on site.andnbsp; This is the Highlands and so there are many factors which can affect business levels and types of business.

You will work very closely with the Head Chef and also with the Fandamp;B Manager.andnbsp; You must be someone who can work well with hands-on owners as this is a family business.

This role is also in a remote location and so you must be someone who enjoys this lifestyle.andnbsp; It is very different to the city.andnbsp; We seek someone who will stay and grow with the company for a few years and not someone who just wants to work for a season.
