Key Responsibilities:
-Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of service professionals to deliver outstanding, personalised service.
-Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, maintaining the highest standards of food and beverage presentation.
-Ensure all financial targets are met, including revenue, cost control, and profitability.
-Uphold and enhance the venues renowned standards of health, safety, and hygiene.
-Create memorable experiences for guests, building loyalty and driving repeat business.
The Ideal Candidate:
-Proven 2+ years experience as a Restaurant Manager or Maandicirc;tre D'' within a luxury hotel or fine-dining environment.
-A natural leader with excellent people management and training skills.
-Impeccable standards and a keen eye for detail.
-Strong financial and commercial acumen.
-A passion for food, wine, and creating unforgettable guest journeys.
