Anticipate guest needs, adding those special touches that surprise and delight.

Collaborate with the kitchen to create a seamless dining experience.

Curate a wine list that excites and complements our menus.

Manage rotas, stock, and suppliers for efficiency, quality, and sustainability.

Ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

Who You Are

3 rosette level as either a Restaurant Manager or possibly at Assistant Restaurant Manager but who has been in position for minimum one year. They also need good wine knowledge (preferably WSET level 2 or above).Experience working in a 3AA Rosette restaurant as Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager

Good wine knowledge, preferably WSET level 2 or above

Ambitious, detail-focused, and passionate about hospitality.

Proven track record of long-term commitment in previous roles .

Experience working in high-end, fine dining environments .

Thrives on delivering exceptional service at the highest level .

Whats on OfferSalary:

£40,000£45,000 per annum
