Head Chef, Restaurant£60,000 pa plus 10% performance-based bonus and great benefitsLondon, Tate ModernPermanent, 47.5 hours per weekWe are looking for a passionate, knowledgeable and experienced Head Chef to join our Restaurant team at Tate Modern!The ideal candidate will be working within the Tate Modern, delivering bespoke menus and producing outstanding food for the Tate Modern Restaurant. We want to be the best gallery catering facility in the world, with a strong commitment to quality, service and sustainability in the food and drink we serve. The successful candidate should share this passion and have proven experience in an restaurant kitchen environment with developing knowledge of and skill with food, in line with Tate Eats'' ethos. They will have experience of managing a kitchen team, managing stock and equipment, cost control and minimizing waste and work to the highest hygiene standards with knowledge of COSHH and food safetyTate Eats is unique in the cultural world, a hospitality business whose purpose supports the vision and reach of Tate in all four of its galleries.
