Your Role as Restaurant General Manager
Leading and developing a team of 25+ in a fast-paced bar and restaurant
Manage daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and facility upkeep.
Drive business growth by developing new events and local partnerships.
Enforce high standards, best practices, and full regulatory compliance.
Serve as a hands-on leader and guardian of company policy and culture.
We Need Someone WhoExperience and success working at Senior Management level within the hospitality industry.
Articulate and a good communicator.
Proven ability to adapt strategies between busy summer months and quieter off-peak winter seasons.
Experience of successfully managing, building and supporting a team.
Experience of working with financial budgets and reporting.
