Your Role as Restaurant General Manager:

• Collaborate with the Regional Manager to support and develop your team.
• Lead by example, mentoring staff and fostering a positive work environment.
• Oversee training, staffing, and scheduling, ensuring seamless operations.
• Maintain hygiene standards and handle customer service issues effectively.
• Manage cash flow, inventory, and ordering while controlling profit and loss.
• Drive customer satisfaction and exceed performance targets.
