As

Restaurant General Manager , you’ll lead the front-of-house team to deliver warm, professional, and intuitive service. You’ll take ownership of daily operations - from team briefings and guest experience to rota management and service standards - ensuring excellence at every turn.

QualificationsWho we are looking for:

Minimum

2–3 years’ experience

managing a high-end restaurant or hospitality outlet

Impeccable standards of service, presentation, and communication

Proven experience with

rota management , stock control, and operational efficiency

A natural leader with a calm, hands-on approach and guest-first mindset
