Duty Manager

to join a growing team passionate about British ingredients, fine wine and delivering a memorable guest experience in our stunning Central London restaurant with a historic Victorian interior.The main purpose of this role will be to work independently and collaboratively with fellow duty managers, reporting into the Restaurant General manager.
