We are seeking an

experienced Restaurant and Events Manager

access your pay before payday28 days holidayGenerous staff discounts on food and drinkStaff meals on dutySeasonal team parties and staff eventsIncentives and bonus opportunitiesOngoing training and developmentPension SchemeCompassionate leaveConfidential 24/7 mental health support lineKey ResponsibilitiesOversee all restaurant and events operations across multiple floors, ensuring impeccable service, efficiency, and ambience.Lead and inspire a strong frontline team, including FOH staff and event coordinators.Manage supplier relationships, inventory, and quality control for food, beverages, and event supplies.Coordinate bespoke eventsbrunches, themed nights, Supper Club, partiesensuring seamless planning and execution in collaboration with marketing and operations teams.Maintain event calendars, contracts, floor plans, and compliance with licensing and safety standards.Analyse food, beverage, and event performance metrics, and act on insights to maximise growth.Deliver outstanding guest experiences, proactively responding to feedback and resolving issues.What We''re Looking ForAt least 2 years in a Restaurant Manager or Events Manager role within high-end hospitality or nightlife environments.Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.Proven track record in managing events and high-volume service in upscale settings.Deep understanding of restaurant operations, menus, and beverage service.Creative flair and flexibility to thrive in a stylish, fast-paced venue with late-night operations.Availability during evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.
