You will work closely with the Food and Beverage Manager and Executive Chef to deliver consistently high standards across food, beverage and guest service. The role covers everything from daily restaurant and bar service through to weddings, conferences, private functions and busy event periods, so this is a varied position where no two days are quite the same. The successful candidate will be confident managing and developing a Front of House team, with strong communication, organisation and commercial awareness. You will take ownership of briefings, staffing, service standards, guest feedback, upselling, stock control and labour deployment, while creating a positive team culture built around accountability, teamwork and excellent hospitality.
