Restart Employment Advisor Manchester £28,500 bonus Full-time, 12 Months Fixed Term The Role: We are recruiting for a dedicated and motivated Restart Employment Advisor to support individuals who have been out of work for an extended period to move into sustainable employment. You will work closely with participants to understand their individual circumstances, identify barriers to work, and provide tailored support, guidance and encouragement throughout their journey back into employment. The role involves:Managing a caseload of participants and building positive, productive relationships.Conducting in-depth diagnostics to assess employability, skills, experience and support needs.Creating and reviewing personalised action plans to help participants progress towards work.Providing support with CV writing, job searching, applications and interview preparation.Referring and signposting participants to appropriate training, workshops and specialist support services.Working with internal teams and external partners to identify suitable employment opportunities.Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all participant activity is compliant and up to date.Working towards performance targets and delivering positive employment outcomes.You ll need:Experience managing a caseload and supporting individuals into employment or training.A background in a target-driven environment with experience working towards KPIs.Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability ..... full job details .....
