Reporting to the Repairs Manager, you will carry out property inspections across the Evesham and Worcester area, diagnose maintenance issues and oversee repairs through to completion. This role combines office-based duties with site visits and would suit someone with experience in residential repairs, damp and mould, and contractor management. Key Responsibilities Carry out responsive repairs inspections, including pre- and post-work inspections, preparing defect reports, specifications, schedules of work and costings.
