About the Role We''re looking for a Responsible Welding Coordinator to oversee welding quality and compliance across our operations. You''ll make sure all welding activity meets the required standards, working closely with production, quality, and engineering teams. Key Responsibilities Act as Responsible Welding Coordinator under EN (phone number removed) and ISO 3834-2 Develop and maintain welding procedures (WPS/WPQR) Keep welder qualifications and certifications up to date Oversee welding inspection, NDT liaison, and non-conformance management Support internal, client, and certification body audits Provide technical guidance and training to welding staff Investigate welding defects and put corrective actions in place Maintain accurate records for traceability and certification About You Recognised RWC qualification (EN (phone number removed) / ISO 14731) or equivalent, e.g. IWE, IWT, IWS Proven experience in welding coordination or quality, ideally in rail or heavy engineering ...
