Responsible Individual - Fostering Group

We are working exclusively, with the UKs most reputable and child focussed children''s services providers, in recruiting for a Responsible Individual (RI) to oversee 3 fostering agencies within their fostering group portfolio. This group are all rated as Good or Outstanding by Ofsted with the company''s head office in Milton Keynes. The three agencies have offices all over the UK, from Warrington down to South East London, so travel is expected to the 6 various offices, however you will work remotely / on a hybrid basis. PACKAGE CIRCA £80,000 per annum plus £3k car allowance, plus 30 days leave, life assurance, medical / dental insurance and death in service scheme. The Responsible Individual will provide strategic oversight, management support and supervision to registered managers within the fostering agencies, ensuring services are safe, effective, well-led and fully compliant with regulatory requirements.
