Job Title: Response and Voids ManagerLocation: Wisbech and surrounding areas Contract: Permanent Salary: £50,000k per annum About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Response and Voids Manager to join our social housing team in Wisbech. You will be responsible for supervising day-to-day responsive repairs and maintenance activities, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard.This role is key to delivering an effective, customer-focused repairs service that meets regulatory requirements and improves the quality of homes for our residents.Key Responsibilities Supervise in-house operatives and/or contractors delivering responsive repairs, voids, and planned maintenanceAllocate and manage daily workloads to ensure service targets and KPIs are metCarry out pre and post inspections of repair works to ensure quality, safety, and value for moneyEnsure compliance with health and safety legislation, risk assessments, and method statementsMonitor materials, stock usage, and costs to control budgets effectivelyAct as an escalation point for complex repairs, complaints, and resident issuesLiaise with residents, housing officers, contractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate worksEnsure repairs are delivered in line with statutory requirements, including gas safety, electrical safety, and building regulationsMaintain accurate records using housing management and repairs systemsSupport operatives with training, performance management, and ..... full job details .....
