Harvey Nash is now recruiting for a Resourcing Team Administrator, a 12-month contract located in Edinburgh on a hybrid working pattern.Depending on experience, daily rate of £200/£250Umbrella set upThis is a fast-paced role, offering the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders across public sector organisations in Scotland.Key ResponsibilitiesWork closely with senior stakeholders, running and overseeing the recruitment process for senior public roles Prepare, collate and issue documentationProvide administrative support to selection panelsManage timelines and key communication channels, including social mediaAct as the main point of contact for internal and external enquiries Coordinate reasonable adjustments for applicantsDraft and issue correspondenceManage feedback requests for unsuccessful candidatesSupport advertising campaigns, outreach activity and succession planningMaintain high administrative standards when handling sensitive and personal dataEssential Skills andamp; ExperienceStrong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectivelyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsConfident engaging with senior stakeholders across government and public bodiesAble to work collaboratively as part of a team, often to tight deadlinesHigh level of attention to detail and accuracyPlease submit your latest CV if you wish to apply. ..... full job details .....
