This is an excellent opportunity for a recruitment professional who enjoys partnering with stakeholders, managing end-to-end campaigns and delivering innovative attraction strategies.This is initially a 3-month temporary contract, with the possibility of extension depending on business requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and provide expert resourcing advice.Manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously across a variety of professional disciplines.Deliver end-to-end recruitment processes, including advertising, candidate attraction, shortlisting, interviews and assessment activities.Develop and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.Utilise direct sourcing techniques, social media platforms and professional networks to attract high-quality candidates.Produce and analyse recruitment data to support decision-making and continuous improvement.Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners.Ensure ..... full job details .....
