Interim Recruitment Partner - Operational Directorate6-Month Contract (Extension Likely) 26 per hour Grade D Birmingham (3 days on-site)We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Partner to join a high-impact programme within a busy operational directorate. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering a large-scale recruitment plan, supporting the mobilisation of over 700 roles across a diverse and essential service.Working closely with the Resourcing Lead, you will be embedded within the directorate and collaborate with service leaders and Heads of HR to deliver end-to-end recruitment. You will play a critical role in ensuring recruitment activity is delivered efficiently, consistently, and in line with agreed processes, while supporting a high-volume and fast-paced hiring environment.The successful candidate will:Manage full life cycle recruitment across a high volume of rolesPartner with service leaders and HR teams to deliver against an ambitious workforce planProvide expert advice on recruitment best practice and ensure process adherenceBuild strong relationships with stakeholders, influencing and guiding them to achieve effective outcomesSupport consistency and quality across all recruitment activityEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journeyWe are looking for someone who brings:Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within high-volume or operational hiring Experience within or alongside the public sector (desirable) ..... full job details .....
