This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering a large-scale recruitment plan, supporting the mobilisation of over 700 roles across a diverse and essential service.Working closely with the Resourcing Lead, you will be embedded within the directorate and collaborate with service leaders and Heads of HR to deliver end-to-end recruitment. You will play a critical role in ensuring recruitment activity is delivered efficiently, consistently, and in line with agreed processes, while supporting a high-volume and fast-paced hiring environment.
