Location: Hybrid - Birmingham Contract: 6 MonthsAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Resourcing Partner to join a leading public sector organisation on an initial 6-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruitment professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and workforce planning within the public sector environment.The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions, supporting hiring managers to attract, assess, and secure high-quality talent across a variety of functions.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment life cycle from vacancy briefing through to onboarding.Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective resourcing strategies.Provide expert advice on recruitment best practice, legislation, and market trends.Lead recruitment campaigns across a range of corporate and operational roles.Utilise direct sourcing methodologies, talent pooling, and market mapping to identify suitable candidates.Ensure recruitment processes align with organisational policies and public sector governance requirements.Deliver excellent candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.Monitor recruitment metrics and provide reporting and insights to stakeholders.Support workforce planning initiatives and organisational change programmes where required.Essential RequirementsProven experience working as a Resourcing Partner, Talent ..... full job details .....
