Our client is searching for a dynamic and experienced Resourcing Partner to join their team on a contract basis. The team is committed to crafting opportunities for people to see their career potential by attracting, sourcing, and retaining a diverse and capable workforce.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with HR teams to understand talent strategies and develop resourcing plans that support business growth.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across various business areas, ensuring a seamless and legal recruitment process.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, providing market insights and recruitment best practices.
  • Proactively source and pool candidates using direct sourcing methods, including social networks, job boards, and referrals.
  • Keep abreast of market trends and provide strategic advice on effective attraction and sourcing strategies.
  • Screen applications and candidates, ensuring a high standard of candidate experience and engagement.
  • Support hiring managers in executing structured selection activities that reflect the company''s culture.
  • Utilise online recruitment systems and contribute to system updates and enhancements.


Job Requirements:

  • Experience in in-house or agency recruitment, covering various functions and levels.
  • Proficiency in structured interview techniques and direct sourcing methods including LinkedIn and CV databases.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain excellent stakeholder relationships.
  • Effective communication skills adaptable to various audience needs.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of recruitment market trends and external factors affecting candidate needs and business challenges.
  • Strong planning, organising, and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Calm and confident approach to problem-solving and overcoming challenges.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with good influencing and negotiation abilities.
