Resourcing Officer

Location: Oxford CircusContract: 12 Month FTCSalary: Circa £35,000 Our client, a respected regulatory body, is seeking a Resourcing Officer to join their Resourcing Team. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end recruitment campaigns across a diverse range of positions and departments, delivering an efficient, engaging, and inclusive recruitment experience at every stage of the hiring process.Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from vacancy briefing and sourcing through to offer management and onboarding, ensuring an excellent experience for candidates and hiring managers. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies aligned to business objectives. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future vacancies, reducing reliance on recruitment agencies through proactive sourcing. Use recruitment data and market insights to evaluate hiring performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements. Produce regular and ad hoc recruitment reports, highlighting talent risks, opportunities and key performance metrics. Develop and deliver recruitment training and coaching for hiring managers, promoting best practice and a consistent recruitment approach. Champion diversity, equity and inclusion by implementing innovative sourcing strategies and attracting talent from under-represented groups.
