Resourcing Officer Location: Exeter, Police Headquarter, Winfrith, Dorset Salary: Starts at £30,333 rising by yearly increments to a maximum of £34,662 per annum Vacancy Type: Permanent, Full Time (37 hours per week) Closing Date: 04th of September 2026 The Role This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality recruitment, selection and promotion services for a range of roles including police officers, police staff, apprenticeships and volunteers. As a Resourcing Officer, you will supervise a small team of administrators, ensuring the delivery of an efficient, customer-focused service across resourcing. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day activity, maintaining high service standards and supporting the development of team members. Working closely with Senior Resourcing Officers, you will coordinate and support the planning and delivery of recruitment campaigns, helping to meet organisational workforce requirements. You will also provide professional advice and guidance on recruitment matters, managing escalated issues and offering solutions. The role can be based at Devon and Cornwall or Dorset Police Headquarters.
