Resourcing Manager
We are currently recruiting for a large public sector organisation on a fixed term business. This role sits within the LandD department and is a FTC until March 2027.You will support the planning and development of staff force needed in order to meet future projects and recruitment planning. The role will be looking into organisation strategies, frameworks, and prioritising.Key ResponsibilitiesHelp identify the skills and capabilities needed to support business strategyAssist with workforce planning, including identifying gaps in skills and capabilityAnalyse workforce data and produce reports to support decision-makingSupport the development of learning frameworks and training solutions across different teamsWork with stakeholders to design solutions that address capability gapsBuild strong working relationships and provide support to employees to help them developMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives, ensuring value for moneySupport the delivery of programmes and manage multiple learning and development projectsLead on new capability initiatives and projectsIdentify talent and maintain talent tracking to ensure employees receive the development they needManage the department budget.We are looking for an LandD / HR professional with a minimum of CIPD LEVEL 5.
