This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our organisation by bringing in fresh skills, diverse perspectives, and strong leadership capabilities aligned with our new behaviours and strategic direction.To support this transformation, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Resourcing Manager to drive excellence across our hiring processes, employer branding, and talent strategy. This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 2-3 days per week based in our Central Reading office. Responsibilities of the Resourcing Manager include:Design and deliver recruitment campaigns (in partnership with our recruitment MSP) to attract top talent to MBNL.Create compelling employer branding content to support both programme-specific and BAU recruitment efforts.Redesign recruitment processes and tools to reflect our new behaviours and competencies, to ensure fairness, modernity, and strategic alignment.Revise traditional role profiles and define new talent pools to unlock fresh talent beyond telecoms, especially in the Infrastructure, Utilities, Power, Rail and Asset Management space.Build hiring manager capability across the business, including tools and training to support inclusive and effective recruitment.Embed EDI principles throughout recruitment, onboarding, and internal mobility processes.Review and optimise supplier relationships to ensure ..... full job details .....
