Resourcing Manager (Must be SC Clearable)

Resourcing Manager Start Date: November 2026Location: Romsey (Hybrid, with a minimum of 2 days per week Onsite)Duration: 6 monthsIR35: Inside IR35Day Rate: £340 per day to the agencyClearance: SC preferred, but not essential to start. Successful applicants will be required to undergo BPSS clearance. The Role We are looking for an experienced Resourcing Manager to join a central Resource and Operations Team, helping ensure the right people and skills are aligned to the right projects at the right time.This is a hands-on operational resourcing role within a technology-focused, project-driven environment. You will work closely with project, resource and line management teams to understand demand, identify available talent and make effective resourcing decisions, often within tight timescales.The role would suit someone with experience managing resources within a Professional Services, Consulting, Engineering, Technology or other Matrix-based organisation, particularly where priorities can change quickly and multiple projects compete for specialist skills.
